​As Founder & Partner of BTT, Liangliang has over 17 years of global experience working in financial services sector and in management consulting. She worked with Deloitte and EY in Strategy and Operations, as well as M&A Advisory; she also held in-house roles within the banking and insurance sector with Nationwide Building Society (UK) and AXA.

Liangliang has provided consulting services to more than 15 multinational clients, and has worked closely with business in the CFO, Corporate Strategy and COO arenas. These engagements were enhanced by her corporate experience working as a risk analyst in the Treasury department of the largest Building Society in the UK (Nationwide Building Society), as well as a programme manager for a multinational insurer (AXA). LL has hands-on experience covering strategy (as a Management Consultant), analytics (as a Risk Analyst) and execution (as a Programme Manager) for financial institutions, covering a wide range of functions in Treasury, Risk, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Regulatory & Compliance as well as Technology.
